SERVICES

STAGE 1 – FEASIBILITY 

We analyse the relevant development options to create a clear strategy, ensuring we proceed with the most viable solution, balancing the risks and opportunities of the site. We also perform an operational audit to give you a simple path to almost immediate savings.

STAGE 2 – PLANNING 

We select and lead the professional team, working closely with the local authority to secure the optimal planning consents.

 

STAGE 3 – POST PLANNING / PRE-CONSTRUCTION 

We analyse the different delivery options that are available once planning has been achieved and ensure that the risks and opportunities have carefully been considered for delivery. We implement the appropriate procurement and funding strategy to enable an efficient start on site.  

 

STAGE 4 – PROJECT DELIVERY

We oversee the development process and manage the main contractor / consultant team to hit the required development milestones.

 

STAGE 5 – SALES AND MARKETING

We establish and direct the sales and marketing process to ensure that the most relevant product is brought to market. We work closely with the relevant agency teams to understand how to maximise the development value of the project.

 

STAGE 7 – COMPLETION

If long term operations for a stabilised cashflow is the desired path instead of outright sales, we can act as asset managers to bring on the property management team and ensure there is a smooth transition from opening the development to it being a self-sufficient operating entity meeting your desired returns.
